Easy to put together though recommend a power drill when possible to use. great quality - we are very pleased!

It’s a gorgeous bed. Very happy with it. My spouse put it together with relative ease and timeliness (he enjoys doing this sort of task though). Nice solid wood too. Hopefully it lasts a good 20 years at least!

The boys are happy and love their new beds. We bought a full xl for our tall 13 year old and he is loving it. So glad someone makes this size. We got the full mattress and out a topper in it. There have been zero complaints. We got a twin for our younger son and he is also very happy. My only issue was that I think we ordered a bed end with too many holes, but we plugged them with the stoppers and this was an ordering error in our part. Just be careful you order the set up you want.

I ordered a MaxtrixKids platform trundle bed on Nov 24, 2023. Today is Feb 4, 2024 and I still do not have a trundle bed in my child's room. After over a month, some components were delivered '” but not the bed itself, and despite multiple emails to Maxtrix, no one has responded to give me a date when my order will be fulfilled. There is no telephone number to be found on their site, so I have never been able to talk to a person to get this resolved.

This bed looks nice but it was a bit confusing to set up, we forgot to put the long rails (it came in a separate box) and got carried away following directions to jam the hole covers in which are NOT easy by any means to take back out lol user mistake I suppose but I still think the directions should be for what you ordered. Problem is this is a bed that can be made into a bunk bed as well which I didn't realize when ordering. All the wooden hole covers stick out in a way that bothers me a bit but as a whole the bed is sturdy and no crazy smells so ultimately I'm happy with my purchase, there's room underneath to add a roll out bed in the future or just storage space.

Great product and purchasing experience! Customer service was amazing! They helped us customize a bed for my 10 year old daughter so it fit her and her room perfectly. The bed itself is superior quality. Strong and sturdy. We got it in white. The white finish looks great and should last well into the future. Shipping took a bit longer than we had hoped but it all worked out. The delivery went well. It wasn't too difficult to put together by one person. Again, overall we are very pleased with our purchase and recommend this company and their products.
